What are wheel nut sockets?
Wheel nut sockets are essentially robust steel sleeves with specially shaped recesses for screws, nuts and extensions. Our range includes wheel nut sockets with hexagon sockets that fit precisely onto the head of hex screws or hex nuts. Our socket wrench inserts are made from high-quality chrome vanadium tool steel, which ensures they have high durability. Each socket has a square drive on the back that fits a corresponding ratchet extension. The lug nut socket must be used in conjunction with this extension tool in order to be used as a socket wrench as intended. Wheel nut sockets or bits are often supplied in sets, which provides several advantages. A wheel nut socket set contains various sizes of wheel nut sockets, covering different screw sizes.
