HGV wheel crown console complete set with drum

With our sturdy HGV wheel crown console, recovering trucks or trailers is particularly gentle and safe. As it attaches directly to the wheel hub, vehicles can be recovered without damage by pulling or lifting. A special advantage: the HGV wheel crown console allows simultaneous pulling forwards and sideways. Made from high-strength fine-grain steel and painted signal red, our HGV wheel crown console impresses with its extreme durability. The strength of the HGV wheel crown console and the drum was calculated according to EN 13155:2003 + A2:2009 using FEM analysis and then practically tested by DEKRA on a tensile test bench – with a 2-fold safety against deformation and a 3-fold safety against breakage. We supply our HGV wheel crown console with 8 special metric wheel nuts and 8 special BSF wheel nuts, all featuring extended threads. These special wheel nuts cover all common modern commercial vehicles with 22.5-inch rims.
