Our A4 document folders are made of stable and high-quality material. The workshop folders have nappa-effect film covers so they are available in different colours. You can assign the colours individually e.g. to a specific member of staff or production area. Thanks to the coloured A4 job document wallets, it is easy to see who or which area is working on the order. Good organisation enables efficient working and prompt information for customers. When organised on a wall planner, the number and the colour provide a good overview of the order system at all times. The clear pockets of the document folders are made of sturdy plastic. They are used to hold workshop orders, diagrams, instructions or other documents for the order process. The work order pouches also have a hook-and-loop compartment on the back made of fabric-reinforced plastic. This can be used as a key pocket, for example.

Workshop folders in two designs and many colours

Our document folders come in two designs – Edge and Jumbo. All work order pouches in both designs are available in different colours, such as black, grey, purple, blue, red, yellow and green. Both work order pouches have an envelop on the front made of durable, highly resistant clear film. They can securely hold documents such as driving licences and work papers up to DIN A4 size. The closed storage helps to keep the documents clean.
