CTEK MXT 14

The MXT 14 is a professional, fully automatic 8-stage charger with a charging current of 14 A and is ideal for charging large 24 V batteries from 28 - 300 Ah, as well as for trickle charging up to 500 Ah. Equipped with the latest technology, it is the perfect choice for demanding charging requirements in bus, lorry and commercial vehicle workshops. The MXT 14 charger solves many more battery problems than conventional chargers: it has battery diagnostics, a special function for restoring deeply discharged batteries, a unique long-term charging function (pulse charge maintenance) and a temperature sensor for optimised weather-dependent charging.  Thanks to its IP44 protection rating, this charger is also suitable for occasional outdoor use. It has been specially designed to protect vehicle electronics systems, which means that the batteries do not have to be disconnected from the on-board power supply during the charging process. The MXT 14 is protected against sparks, reverse polarity and short circuits. The MXT 14 also has a power supply function so that the battery can be disconnected from the vehicle without losing important configurations such as the radio code. This makes the charger particularly suitable for professional use in the workshop. The intelligent MXT 14 is ideally suited for buses, lorries and commercial vehicles.
